I'm a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with eleven years of clinical experience across primary care, urgent care, and outpatient psychiatric settings. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from UMass Amherst in 2015 and am passionate about comprehensive, collaborative mental health care. I work with individuals of all ages—from children through elders—to address anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and other concerns. My approach combines psychiatric medication review with compassion-focused and motivational interviewing techniques, tailoring each treatment plan to your unique needs. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both in-person and telehealth appointments. I accept most major insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Tufts, Optum, Harvard Pilgrim, and UnitedHealthcare.
